A little bit more of Manchester and then off to the Safari (that’s right safari!!!)

Today was a very interesting day. First off Peter and I decided to go into the city center of Manchester and do some sightseeing, which was pretty fun. But we cut our little journey through Manchester a little short so we could head over towards Liverpool and stop off at a Safari we had heard about! So we went to do a drive through tour there and it was quite fun. But I made sure not to go into the Bamboo exhibit cause I know they’d definitely play some jokes and damage our car. But otherwise things were really good, no lion or tiger came to eat us and we didn’t’ get trampled by the elephants! Sadly though the giraffes weren’t there which was a little upsetting. Anyways we drove through there for quite a while taking tons of pics and then headed to Liverpool. It was a little upsetting though to think of how sad those poor animals must feel locked up in their cages and what not and I could tell by looking into their eyes how sad they were.

When we got to Liverpool I decided to finalize our ferry bookings and stuff but then realized that the ‘fast’ ferry to Dublin wasn’t running and the regular ferry runs for 8 hours! So I scrambled a little and convinced our hotel in Dublin to change our booking dates by one day and they were surprisingly really nice about that considering the rate I had specifically did not allow date changes. So the plan for now is to head on the ferry tomorrow at 10 pm and get to Dublin at 6 am. Which means I’ll have tons of time to look around Liverpool until 10 and lots of time to look at Dublin after 6. Hopefully all the Beetles’ attractions here in Liverpool will keep me busy hahaha.

I am enjoying your trip. Some of your photos were lovely my favorite being the 'sunny' one of London. Travel safely.
